EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLE NEED OR WANT ON A DAY OUT IN THE SUNSHINE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY
If you are coming from Sydney, and after breath-taking, magnificent views of the valley, you descend into Wisemans Ferry, turn LEFT past the Police Station for 200m and alight the WEBBS CREEK FERRY. It’s 24/7 and it’s free.
On your 21kms drive to St Albans, you are surrounded by wilderness and it certainly gives you the feeling that nothing much has changed over the years; the sense of history and the natural beauty of the region makes St Albans an idyllic destination. So, take a meandering drive beside the Macdonald River to the village of St Albans.
Please bring some cash as not all stallholders have Eftpos, but most do.
The nearest ATM is at Wisemans Ferry servo, before you get on the 4 min Webbs Creek Car Ferry, then enjoy your scenic 21km drive down St Albans Road.
We also have two licensed institutions nearby – The Pickled Wombat Café and the iconic convict-built Settlers Arms Inn.
You will find this quiet village a delightful retreat from city life.
