A Relaxed Country Experience – Or Not!

St Albans can be a step back in time to a quieter more sensory experience.

It can also be a whole lot of fun.

Step outside at night and look up – the stars are incredible.

Have a long slow breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Leave your phone on airplane mode and breathe.

Join in any or all of the community activities – where you will be made very welcome.

Visitors staying in the valley can book a terrific breakfast basket to pick up on arrival, so give them a call.

There are pop up special events on some Saturday evenings, so check their socials for updates.

Games Nights are on every Thursday from 4pm – with a wide range of traditional games available to use, plus a book exchange – all in front of the fire on winter days 🙂

There’s also a great local history reference library provided by the Macdonald Valley Association.
