The Barn is such a versatile event space, with so many options, that we’d have to talk.

You can hire just The Barn, The Barn & The Shack, and/or the grassy forecourt.

There are combo packages tailored to your needs.

It also depends on what your event is.

We can also quote individual seats and 1.8m tables, with or without table covers.

Sorry, but no.  We do provide a list of possible service providers though, where you’ll save by dealing directly with them and designing your day your way.

The Barn is co-located with The Shack, and St Albans Village Market.

• If you are coming from NW Sydney, just follow Old Northern Road to the bottom of the hill at Wisemans Ferry.
• Then turn LEFT (away from Wisemans Ferry village) and pass the Police Station and Church – for 200m and alight the Webbs Creek Ferry.
• 4 mins later, turn RIGHT onto sealed St Albans Rd for a 21km beautiful scenic drive.

There is a limit of 100 people at any one time.

Depending on the configuration of your event, there may be, or not.

There is plenty of on-street parking in the surrounding area as well.

That is completely your call – as long as they provide you with a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance, which is a normal part of providing services.  Any reputable service provider will not hesitate to provide this when asked, and it’s a part of our T&Cs that they do.

We’ve assembled a list of service providers that we know of, but you should check them out yourself to ensure they are exactly what you need.

Due to the wide variety of events that might take place on this site, it is a requirement of our Public Liability Insurance that all hirers take out their own smaller policies, tailored to the specifics of their event.  These cost around $270 and we can provide details of 2 suppliers if asked, but you may also find your own.
